We’re located in Costa da Caparica, right in front of CDS Beach — just 20 minutes from Lisbon.
Do I need to book in advance?
For surf lessons, wellness sessions, events and the restaurant, booking in advance is recommended, especially on weekends and during summer.
What activities do you offer?
We offer surf lessons, surf camps, yoga, pilates, spinning, boxing, ice bath sessions, professional massages, gym access, coworking, events, and beachside dining.
