Before launching Dr. Bernard, Gregory Bernard built a career across several international industries including media, cinema, fashion and technology, developing projects between Europe and the United States.
Today he brings that entrepreneurial experience to Costa da Caparica, building a unique ecosystem that connects hospitality, events, wellness, cowork to the surf culture.

How far is Dr. Bernard from Lisbon?
We're just 20 minutes from Lisbon by car via A2. Easy access with parking available nearby. We can also arrange transport if needed.
What activities are available for groups?
Surf lessons, wellness sessions (yoga, boxing, ice bath, gym), cowork sessions, group dinners, private events, DJ nights, guided bike tours and custom experiences. All bookable as part of a full-day or multi-day program.
Can we stay overnight for a corporate retreat?
Yes. Villa Caparica, our beachside hostel, offers private and shared rooms for groups. Combining accommodation with activities creates the perfect multi-day retreat experience.
Do you have a dedicated event space?
Yes. Our beachfront restaurant and outdoor areas can be fully privatised for corporate events. We can configure the space for presentations, workshops, dinners or standing events depending on your needs.
How many people can you accommodate?
We can host groups from 10 up to 200+ guests for events, and our accommodation supports groups of up to 60 people for overnight retreats. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
