This policy applies to the drbernard.pt website and to Dr. Bernard services (surf school, accommodation, restaurant, coworking and wellness), operated by K RICA, LDA, located at Av. General Humberto Delgado 47, 2825-349 Costa da Caparica, Portugal.

What data we collect

• Contact details you provide (name, email, phone) when you book, fill in a form or subscribe to the newsletter.
• Booking and payment data needed to deliver the service (payments are processed by secure partners; we do not store full card details).
• Browsing data collected automatically through cookies and analytics tools (see our Cookies policy).

How we use your data

• Manage bookings, orders and the customer relationship.
• Respond to enquiries and requests for information.
• Send marketing communications when you allow us to.
• Improve the website and measure its performance.
